Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 2026

By hiring Alerone Technologies Private Limited or using our technical platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by these corporate Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Work & Deliverables

All software engineering, UI/UX design, automation setups, and platform deployments are governed by a separate, signed project agreement or technical brief. This brief defines the exact milestones, delivery dates, and fee structures for your project. Changes to that scope must be confirmed by both parties in writing.

2. Source Code Ownership & Intellectual Property

Transfer of Ownership: Full legal ownership, intellectual property rights, and source code repositories for the custom software built for your project transfer entirely to your business upon final payment reconciliation.

Pre-Existing Libraries: Alerone retains ownership over our pre-existing code frameworks, foundational developer utilities, and standard software components used across our projects. You receive a perpetual, royalty-free, unrestricted license to use these components inside your completed application.

3. Service Limitations & Operational Liability

We write clean, documented code built to standard technical specifications. However, Alerone is not liable for system downtime, revenue losses, or operational delays caused by external factors. This includes third-party cloud hosting issues, network outages, or updates to third-party APIs and payment gateway systems.
